Evaluation of corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel by laser ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology

چکیده

Abstract At present, the corrosion resistance of materials such as 316L stainless steel is mainly tested by electrochemical testing, which time-consuming, laborious and environmentally unfriendly. In this paper, laser ultrasonic detection technology, a rapid, non-destructive, pollution-free microstructure evaluation method used for steel, signals are filtered wavelet threshold denoising method. The results show that attenuation coefficient obtained signal processing has good correlation with steel. A potential model was established based on passivation film rupture coefficient. average relative error less than 5.00%. evaluated laser-receiving lower probe-receiving It feasible to nondestructive technology.
